Wilyabrup Loose Leaf Iced Tea is a herbal blend of hibiscus, elderflower, lemon verbena, sweet orange peel, ginger and peppermint leaf, made to brew cold. The hibiscus gives it a deep red colour and a tart edge, and the maker describes it as fruity, fresh and caffeine-free. It's named after Wilyabrup, north of Margaret River.
Margaret River Tea Company has been based in Margaret River, Western Australia, since 2018, and packs its teas by hand there. This is one of its newer blends, mixed by hand from local and imported ingredients, according to the maker.
