Boranup Forest Green Sencha is a Chinese green tea in the sencha style, which the maker describes as smooth and grassy. The leaves are steamed before they're rolled and dried, so they stay a bright green. It's named after Boranup, the karri forest south of Margaret River, where tall pale trunks line the road.
