Ellensbrook English Breakfast is a full-bodied loose-leaf black tea from Sri Lanka, made for the first pot of the day. It's named after Ellensbrook, the historic homestead near the Margaret River coast. The maker suggests it with milk, a slice of lemon or sugar, so everyone at the table can take it their way.
Margaret River Tea Company has been working out of Margaret River, Western Australia, since 2018. Its leaf is grown overseas, then blended by hand where possible and packed by hand in town. Many of the blends borrow their names from South West beaches and forests, so the range reads a little like a map of the capes.
