Injidup Earl Grey is a Sri Lankan black tea blended with dried bergamot orange rind. Bergamot is the fragrant citrus behind every earl grey, and the maker describes this cup as tangy and malty. It's named after Injidup, a beach near Yallingup on the Cape to Cape coast.
Margaret River Tea Company has been selling loose-leaf tea from Margaret River, Western Australia, since 2018. It packs everything by hand, into resealable bags or amber jars chosen to keep the leaf fresh. Many of the blends are named after a beach, cape or forest in the South West.
