Deluxe Drinking Chocolate

Deluxe Drinking Chocolate is the house hot chocolate from Little Otto's, the shop's own powder bagged up for home. Stir it into hot milk for a proper chocolatey cup, the kind you wrap both hands around on a wet winter afternoon when the wind is coming in off the bay.

It's made by Little Otto's Big Choc Shop, a chocolate maker with its own production room on the Busselton foreshore, Western Australia. The shop opened in 2025 in the town's former tennis club building and runs free tours behind its orange wall every day, finishing with a tasting. Its name comes from Otto, a blue whale found in the Vasse River inlet in 1897.

Make a pot after a cold morning walk along the jetty, or give the big bag to whoever makes the hot chocolate in your house.
