Dark Signature Rocky Road

Rocky road made with dark chocolate is a different animal from the milk chocolate kind. The chocolate is less sweet, with a little bitterness, so the marshmallow and nuts stand out instead of blurring together. Little Otto's calls this one its Dark Signature, and it's packed with soft marshmallow and roasted nuts.

It's made on the Busselton foreshore, Western Australia, in the production room behind the shop's orange wall, where free tours run daily and finish with a tasting. The shop opened in 2025 in the town's old tennis club, and takes its name from Otto, a blue whale that washed up in the Vasse River inlet in 1897.

Bring a bag to a barbecue, or send the big pack to someone who spent their summers on the jetty.
