Sweet and salty is the combination that makes a bowl of nuts disappear, and this spiced mix plays the two off each other. It's one of the top sellers at the More 2 Relish stall, where it sits beside maple pecans, dukkah and granola.
Everything on the stall comes out of Sheridan's registered home kitchen in Margaret River, Western Australia, a small batch at a time, and she labels every jar by hand. You'll find her at weekend markets from September to July: Town Square Markets in Margaret River on Sundays, and markets in Bunbury and Dunsborough on Saturdays. The maker keeps the dates on its own site.
Put a bowl out before dinner, scatter a handful over a salad, or pack a jar for a day on the Cape to Cape Track.
