More 2 Relish
Tomato relish is the old-fashioned all-rounder of the pantry, tangy and sweet, the thing that makes a sausage sandwich. More 2 Relish's version is a top seller at the stall, and it's the same relish that goes onto the grazing boards Sheridan puts together for events around the South West.
It's cooked a small batch at a time in Sheridan's registered home kitchen in Margaret River, Western Australia, and every jar is labelled by hand. The shelf has grown to about 38 lines, from jams and marmalades to pickles, dukkah and granola, all sold from a stall at weekend markets between September and July.
Spread it on a toasted cheese sandwich, or put the jar on the table with a meat pie at half-time.
