Chilli jam is the jar that ends up on everything: sweet, sticky and hot, somewhere between a jam and a sauce. More 2 Relish's Red Chilli Jam is one of the top sellers at the stall, and it's made by hand in small batches in Margaret River.
Sheridan cooks every jar herself, a small batch at a time, in a registered home kitchen in Margaret River, Western Australia, and labels each one by hand. The range runs to about 38 jams, relishes, pickles and more. From September to July the stall trades at weekend markets: Sundays in Margaret River, and Saturdays in Bunbury and Dunsborough.
Serve it with a cheese board, spread it in a bacon and egg roll, or brush it over salmon before it goes in the oven.
