Wildflower Honey

Wildflower honey is blended from a range of wildflower species rather than one tree, so it varies more than Foragers Honey's single-source jars, changing a little with whatever the bees found that season. It is the all-purpose jar in the range, less particular than jarrah or marri about where it sits at the table.

Foragers Honey is a family-operated beekeeper based at Barrabup, near Nannup, Western Australia, keeping hives at permanent sites across the South West chosen for a diversity of flowering plants through the seasons. The business describes itself as a caretaker of its bees, taking only the honey the hive does not need, and the honey is gravity strained rather than heavily filtered, which keeps it raw.

Use it on the breakfast table, folded into baking, or whisked into a simple dressing with olive oil and lemon.
