Passionfruit Marshmallow Cube is a single 70 g cube of passionfruit marshmallow, which the maker describes as big, soft and spongy. The maker's Locations page says its marshmallows are made by hand. Passionfruit usually brings a tart, tropical edge to sweet things.

Cut it into pieces to share, or drop a piece into a hot chocolate and let it melt. For crunch rather than softness, Sour Boys also makes Honeycomb.
