Honeycomb

This is 70 g of honeycomb from Sour Boys Candy in Busselton, which the maker describes as crunchy and made with real honey. As a sweet, honeycomb is sugar cooked hot and foamed with bicarbonate soda, so it sets crisp and full of air.

Eat it as it is, or crush it over vanilla ice cream. Honeycomb draws moisture from the air and goes sticky, so keep it sealed once opened. If you would rather something soft, Sour Boys also makes a Passionfruit Marshmallow Cube.

Made by Sour Boys Candy, a family-run candy maker in Busselton whose range runs from hard-boiled style sweets to sour candy, lollipops and marshmallow. Sour Boys says its candy is hand-made locally in Busselton.
