Injidup Blend Roasted Coffee Beans

Injidup Blend is Providore's whole bean coffee, which the maker describes as rich, nutty and smooth. It's built for grinding at home, whether that means a plunger, a stovetop pot or an espresso machine.

Providore is the retail arm of a Margaret River property that also grows olives, keeps bees for honey and chickens for eggs, and runs a half-acre vegetable garden for the on-site kitchen. The coffee sits alongside the property's own drinking chocolate and pantry range, sold from the tasting centre on the property.

Keep a kilo in the pantry for a household that gets through a few cups a day, or start with the smaller 250g bag if you're not sure it will become the regular one.
