Old Faithful is the reliable, no-fuss member of Margaret River Roasting Co's house blends: smooth and consistent, cup after cup, with nothing dramatic to chase in the tasting notes. It works with milk or on its own as a black coffee, sold as whole beans or ground for stovetop, espresso, pour-over, French press or Aeropress.
It's roasted in Vasse, Western Australia, at a roastery the company says runs on solar power, with a cafe built into the same space so visitors can watch a batch turning while they drink one just like it. Packaging is biodegradable and compostable.
It suits anyone in the house who wants their coffee to taste the same this Tuesday as it did last Tuesday.
