Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a single-variety oil made only from Arbequina olives, a small, fruity variety that originally comes from Arbeca in Catalonia. The maker calls it soft, fruity and delicately creamy. Arbequina is one of Spain's most widely planted olive varieties, valued there for a mild oil that doesn't overpower whatever it's poured over.

Olio Bello has grown olives on its Margaret River property since 1998, and Arbequina is one of several single varieties grown alongside Leccino and Koroneiki. This bottle won a Silver Medal at the 2024 WA Olive Awards, one of many the farm has taken home across its harvests.

Use it somewhere the oil itself is the point: over steamed vegetables, through a paella, or poured generously across a plate of grilled seafood.
