Record Coffee Roasters
A decaf worth drinking starts with good beans, and this one comes from three of Colombia's coffee regions, Huila, Cauca and Narino, where it's grown at 1300 to 1800 metres. Record roasts it as part of Side A, its everyday range, so it's meant to sit easily in a flat white or a long black.
Record Coffee Roasters opened its roastery and tasting room in Cowaramup, Western Australia, in July 2025, and every batch is roasted there. The coffee is packed in recyclable aluminium cans rather than bags. The two roasters learned their trade under Master Roaster Anne Cooper and ran a roastery in Victoria before moving to the Margaret River region in 2021.
Make it the after-dinner coffee, or keep a can in the cupboard for the friend who drinks decaf.
