Zucchini pickle is the old answer to a summer glut: a garden's worth of zucchini turned into a sweet, tangy pickle for the months when the vegetable patch is bare. More 2 Relish's is the top seller of its pickle range, and like everything on the stall, it's made by hand in small batches in Margaret River.
Sheridan turns it out in small batches from a registered home kitchen in Margaret River, Western Australia, and every jar gets its label by hand. Pickles sit on the stall beside jams, marmalades, relishes, chutneys, sauces, dukkah and granola, about 38 lines in all, sold at weekend markets from September to July.
Pile it into a ham sandwich, put it on a ploughman's plate with cheddar and crusty bread, or serve it beside a cold roast on Boxing Day.
