Single Origin Beans

Single-origin coffee comes from one place, and the fun of it is tasting how different those places are. Two Cracks keeps a short, changing list of single origins; in late September 2026 it included naturals from Timor-Leste, Burundi and Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe, and a washed Colombian from Tolima. You choose from what's on the list, and it changes as each lot runs out.

Two Cracks is a small-batch roastery and cafe on Bussell Highway in Cowaramup, Western Australia, and everything it sells is roasted in house. It's run by Dale, the owner and roaster, who grew up in Malta around coffee with a strong Sicilian and Italian accent, and who sources from micro-lot farms where he can.

A kilo is the size for a household that gets through a lot of coffee, or for splitting with a neighbour.
