Capricopia
This is a liquid shampoo built from a short ingredient list: fresh goat's milk, filtered rainwater, olive oil, coconut oil and sunflower oil, saponified with lye, worked into a wash which the farm says is made without synthetic foamers, thickeners or preservatives. The farm pH tests each batch, and the milk comes from the same small herd behind Capricopia's soap bars.
Cath and Brad left inner-city Perth in 2009 for a small property in the Margaret River region, Western Australia, and added dairy goats to the farm in 2013. It is sold in two sizes, a 125ml bottle for a first try and a 500ml bottle for a household that gets through it.
It suits a bathroom shelf next to the farm's own soap bar, so the same milk turns up in both.
