The Hemp and Shea Shampoo Bar is a solid 120 gram bar made with olive oil, coconut oil, hemp seed oil, castor oil, shea butter and jojoba oil, built to be worked into hair, scalp and skin as a single bar. It's scented with peppermint, lavender and lemon essential oils, a sharp, herbal scent rather than a floral one.
It's made in Margaret River, Western Australia, by Soap Suds & Oils, a business built around hemp seed oil. Maker Nicole Botica has researched the ingredient's use in cosmetics for more than 25 years and sits on the committee of iHempWA, the state's industrial hemp association.
Pack one bar instead of a bottle of shampoo and a bottle of body wash for a weekend away, or a stay somewhere liquids are awkward to carry.
