Made Down South doesn't sell anything, so there's nothing to return to us. Every product on this site is sold by its maker, on the maker's own website.
If you bought from a maker
The maker's returns and refund policy applies. Contact them directly: they're the business you bought from, and they're the ones who can help with your order.
You also have rights under the Australian Consumer Law when you buy from an Australian business, and a store's own policy can't take them away. The ACCC explains them at accc.gov.au.
If you bought through an Amazon link
Some articles on this site link to Amazon Australia. Anything you buy there is covered by Amazon's own returns process.
If our page was wrong
If you bought something because a detail on our page was wrong, please tell us through the contact form. We can't refund an order for a maker, but we will correct the page for the next person.
If we ever sell directly
If this site starts selling goods itself, this page changes first, before the first order is taken. It will then set out full returns terms in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
